Pros

The only drawback to the smaller one is that it does not have non skid feet like my bigger one and it isn’t as secure. Great quality, lightweight and easy to clean.

Cleans well without staining in dishwasher, or just rinsing. Non porous so can use for meat and vegetables.

Epicurean are my favourite cutting boards. They are on the pricier side, but it forces me into some incredible kitchen shops. Use for chopping a variety of vegetables and leaving them in piles.

Cons

After a month all of them have a warp and will only stay in place if i set them on a damp dishcloth. Has a really awful smell that leeches into the food. After cutting, hand wash, half an hour later become wired stained like mold. Like several reviews... Read More

Extremely disappointed with this product. A complete waste of money. Would not recommend.
