The paper-based material holds up well, cleans up. Would buy again in an instant, if mine were damaged.

Cons

This pizza peel emits a strong chemical odor when wet. If you like your pizza to smell and taste like epoxy resin, then this is the peel for you!

The board is wafer thin and flimsy. It’s so pungent and fowl. Even worse, the odor gets on the food!

It's really not usable for my needs. I'm bewildered by the number of positive reviews. Totally ruined one of them.

Well made and has now been in the dishwasher many times .

The peel is very sturdy and worked perfectly during transfer of raw pizza dough to stone.

Tried to pick up a 14" round pie and it flopped over the sides and ingredients fell off.

After a decade of use, mine still looks like nearly-new, and i've used it for hundreds of pizzas.
