Pros & Cons
Pros
This is our 4th epicurean product. It is perfect and he loves it! Good size. A great pizza slide.
Cutting board from epi is sturdy, but not too thick, and i love that i can cut the pizza right on it without worrying about scratching it. Smoother than wood so the pizza slides easier.
The durability and professional grade far outweigh the smell. Cleans up easily. Can go right in the dishwasher alone.
Works great for grabbing pizza of any size or shape out of a hot oven, and slicing and serving all on one surface. For larger breads and single loaves, it's perfect.
Cast iron griddle gives a crispier crust without burning the cheese. Cook the pizza on the racks in the oven for a crispy crust.
Cons
More of a pizza cobbler than a fresh homemade pizza. It smells like formaldehyde. Epicurean will not provide a refund because i purchased it at amazon.

We have other epicurean boards and knew the quality would be excellent.
Sustainable, and great quality, works great for transfer of dough, light and stores well.
I really did not think it would hold up to my abuse, and have been pleasantly surprised.

The price was less than half of anything close i saw in any retail stores.
I have to admit that at first i felt the price wasn't justified as it's an engineered material.
Shipping
The shipping was free which i was grateful for.
Competitiveness
I think it's worth it:1) smoother than wood so the pizza slides easier.
A high-end restaurant in our area serves their pizza on these exact peels.
Below is my review of the natural colorthis peel costs about twice as much as aluminum peels, and about 50% more than wood.
