Pros

Wishing there were filters in amazon that allowed us to locate products made in the u. S. Love that they are made in usa and from sustainable wood. Good company and they recycle plastic to make their products so i support them.

It does an amazing job. And this does a solid job. Epicurean knows what's up. Yay, all the way around.

My favorite silicone spatula. Great to have a utensil to use with my ceramic frying pan without worrying about melted plastic in my food. So far they have been good on my nonstick pans.

It is flexible enough to curve in to corners of dishes and curves of bowls. It is stiff enough to get thicker food out clean like icing and peanut butter. Heat resistant and durable.

Great kitchen utensil. Perfect to scrape the last bit of jam or mayonnaise.

Cons

On first use to turn eggs in a skillet edge burnt and has started to peel. That's created with formaldehyde.
