Pros & Cons
Pros
It's a good weight, not light and flimsy. It’s like an intro to the weighted heavy jump ropes. Good weight to make for challenging cardio sessions.
Cons
Shortening causes a lot of fraying unless you heat seal the ends. I'm not sure if it is an assembly flaw, or false advertising.
Highlights
Quality
I've been using it for a couple weeks, and i can say it seems like good quality and it will last me a long time.
No-slip handles, simple construction, and easy to adjust the length.

I wanted the same type of weight as the old leather rope provided as well as the handle bearings that would spin easy and a day... Read More
Price
By far one of the best ropes in my collection and reasonably priced.
To summarize, it's certainly not cheap but you generally get what you pay for.

* actually comes in a nice box so if you are gifting this (or just for storing) it’s got a nice presentation.
The box is durable to keep your pro skip inside within its bag.
Competitiveness
I weighed the rope and handles separate and compared the weights to a weighted rope that i have that costs a lot more money.
This is comparable to the more expensive rope where the handles weigh 7.
I have other weighted jump ropes but the weight is concentrated in the handle bars.
