Pros
The jelly * open with a standard mx switch opener. They have a bump right at the top of the press so when using the keys you get a satisfying ‘snap’ feeling. Great for typists but quite a heavy switch for gaming.

Got these to upgrade a keyboard with the 3-pin mechanical switches.
I've had no issues with quality and they have significantly improved the feel and sound of my board.
You get more of a thock than a click with the green ones.
With the other colours it was barely noticeable.
Competitiveness
For the price these blow other (budget) linears out of the water- gateron yellows step aside.
So these akko switches should fit outemu hotswap boards.

The tone of the keys is deeper now too as a result so an improved typing experience all round

Even stock they make very little spring ping and scratch but lubed those things are genuinely nonexistent

The only thing that would improve these switches would be if they were 5 pin instead of 3 and came in cherry style housing instead of kaihl as theyre pretty painful to open

The smd compatibility really helps as the last set of switches i bought didnt support smd so i had to send them back and i went with these instead
