The cidoo v21 has some good things, but the software is awful. The via software won't automatically find the device. Configuring macro pad is confusing enough that a bunch of people who have reviewed this macro pad have simply given up.

I swapped out the switches with ws morandi's for a bit deeper "thocky" sound

This numpad is a great value for the money.

You get what you pay for with this product!

A little expensive for just a numpad, but the feel and weight are great.

Shipping

One switch was intermittent, but amazon credited me the cost to get a replacement since they couldn't directly ship it to me.

I was lucky enough to have prime shipping with it too.

Competitiveness

Good for keyboard enthusiasts and a great alternative to some expensive numpads like zoompad, mammoth, keychron, etc.

I seriously don't understand why most other keyboard makers aren't doing it this way.

I went through several other 10 keys that were cheaper and finally shelled out the money for this one.

The jjk21 that's directly related to has half of the features and doesn't come with switches or keycaps and it's the same price.
