Pros
The alice layout is amazing! The rbg lights are super bright super colorful, no defects. It finally tied my set up together, it's the perfect centerpiece.
The only downside is it is not wireless (which i presume it could be) otherwise, the board is great. It also comes with little hooks to put on the back to elevate it at an angle so its not flat on the desk.

They are moderately noisy not as much as blue or even brown switches but audibly clacky

I switched them out for a different set of 34silent34 switches which i think are a better match for the extreme dampening

It doesnt feel different enough from a regular keyboard layout to make a big difference in terms of ergonomics but it is just different enough that i make more errors when touch typing
