Key Feel
Customers have mixed opinions on the key feel of the EPOMAKER EK21 VIA Gasket Number Pad. While some are pleased with its customizable keys, comfortable gasket design, and versatile connectivity options, others find issues with the spongy feeling below certain keys, unstable typing experience, and unsatisfactory knob feel. The compatibility with VIA software is a selling point for some but poses challenges for others in programming the keys effectively.

Price
The pad is surprisingly good for the price, hotswapable and customer support is great
I guess for the cheap price you can't really expect quality control.
