These are the best linear switches i have tried. They are smooth out of the box but it does get smoother when lubed. Without lube and film they are buttery smooth.

Packaging/appearance
The packaging is better than i’ve seen in more expensive switches, too, and prevents the pins from being bent in transit.

I lubed the switches as well but even before then, i thought they sounded great right out of the box.
Competitiveness
These switches are very smooth, sort of like a gateron yellow which if you don't know, are pretty smooth.
This switch is unique—people say it’s a recolor of the jelly blue, but it feels a little different.
It has a super rattly plasticky sound on the upstroke, which is probably because of the long spring used inside it.
