The pbt keycaps are wonderful although i believe it is an xda profile which can take some getting used to if coming from oem or similar keycaps that are shaped differently per row xda has a more uniform profile with all keycaps being the exact same height

The keycap puller is garbage as it is the ring type which will most definitely result in scratched keycaps and the switch puller is even worse and will 100 result in a scratched backplate

My biggest issues with the keyboard are as follows in order of annoyance keyboard had a wobble to it which was a result of an unevenwarped case

Had that not worked this would have been a dealbreaker for the keyboard and i would have returned it immediately

Points to look out for are the very odd right shift key that will take a bit of getting used to only took me an hour or so the incredibly non userfriendly software i dont need the software so not fussed but if you rely on keeb software do not buy this board and the very non userfriendly user manual
