One downfall is the weird software like a lot of other people talking about its just so inconvenient to use but still usable if you try to figure it out i guess i just ended up not doing anything with the software though

It does come with software to program macros and such but i found it very confusing to use practice is recommended

Good aethetically it is very nice software is good enough to customize and program keys and lighting anyway you want
