Pros

The scanner utility makes scanning single or multipage documents easy and intuitive. The nozzle is a pretty good design that makes refilling a breeze. Scanner works very well.

Epson printer runs easily everytime. Easy to set up. Follow the instructions all the way through. Download the setup utility at the start of their setup instructions.

Cons

This is where my aggravation started. After many hours of tryin to trouble shoot, i. Am exasperated and angry.

This machine is very cumbersome when connecting to wifi and to mobile devices. It unpairs from wifi and the computer each time, which is frustrating as someone who’s not technologically advanced.

This printer is antiquated. It's unethical and why i won't be doing business with epson ever again. Everything after that is worthless.

Quick install, easy app use, great quality, no cardridges and a lot of ink to use

This is a great machine and i would have already used up a cartridge and the ink levels look the same as they did when i filled it.

Upon initial set up, my prints came out incredibly washed out and low quality.

It is not capable of copying or scanning more than one page at a time.

Price

The price really pays for itself since you don’t have to buy ink often.

I expect my full refund because i packed it very nicely.

I had used other epsons for years and now i am back.

Otherwise it seems to print better than my previous five + year old ecotank et-2850.
