Pros
At 70% cocoa these are the darkest chocolate chip i have been able to find. I buy them in bulk here on amazon to keep them in stock in our pantry.
I bake for a community house with 9 people and i am a shameless food snob. These are delicious and taste excellent in cookies and even to thicken my cocoa or add a little chocolate to my coffee.
These are definitely 'bittersweet' everyone loves them. They're a bit pricey. I find myself munching on them plain too.
Cons
Semisweet more so than the bittersweet. Neither want to melt, both have a weird pronounced aftertaste.
