It has a rather strong fragrance of a combination of essential oils such as ginger lavender grapefruit and cyprus though it has that 34menthol34 odor

It does not contain petroleum so it is a different base than the scented vaseline product i typically use

Other than a greasiness which can be rubbed into the foot and used judiciously this foot balm lives up to all its claims
