My son and i assembled it together and it only took us about 45 minutes

The height is good enough for me to stand while working too or i can lower it to sit comfortably in my office chair at the lowest setting

This is because the desk top is in two pieces of 24 inches not one long piece of 48 inches

It is pretty easy to put together and i had mine setup within about 15 minutes and 5 of that was unboxing it
