Pros
The desk is very sturdy and easy to operate. Had looked around for a while and settled on this due to sturdiness. It is hardy & sturdy.
It's always a leap of faith when you can't go to a store and see the item before you purchase it. Just my luck. It looks great & all my nerdy * looks great on it! This product is awesome.
Quiet motor. Moves up and down smoothly and evenly. The ability to lift is very helpful.
The adjustable height feature operates seamlessly. I have it programmed for sitting and standing and it adjusts at the push of a button.
Cons
It was damaged. Either the manufacture or the warehouse handles the boxes for the items in a rough manner. There was an assembly issue with 2 of the pieces not having the hole for the cam lock in the right spot.

Imagine my despair, when taking inventory of the parts & hardware, to discover 8 items missing.

Would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice desk for a great price.
Overall, i am very satisfied and it was worth the investment, especially because it was discounted at $269.

It took a crazy amount of time & emails, but i did receive replacement parts.
Packaging/appearance
The product came in perfect condition with all the parts.
The built quality is rather impressive too, everything was new and nealtly packaged into the box with very clear instructions.
I was blown away at the packing job, they are geniuses when it comes to packing and shipping this thing!

When i first received this product i set it all up and got an error code which wouldnt allow the desk to raise or lower
