Pros

The desk can be lifted up and down smoothly using the powered button. The black model is a dirt and fingerprint magnet. One downside is that the actual desk plate consisting of 2 parts is annoying.

The desk is absolutely perfect for working remotely. The instructions are easy to follow, although careful attention to the text & diagrams is needed. Easy to assemble.

The desk is sturdy & doesn't wobble or teeter. The edge of the top can dig into your forearm a little which takes away from comfort.

Cons

Product really isn't as advertised. The desk itself once assembled is really unstable. It wobbles a lot with little to no effort, no matter the height.

None of the holes are on the tabletop to attach it to the base. There are no cable holes as advertised in the picture.

It was at a perfect price point for me and about middle of the road quality.

Shipping

The delivery was prompt, the manual is the best i have seen and the support staff very helpful.

It came a day sooner than expected.

I received damaged table tops and a damaged power plug, but customer service quickly set me up with replacements.

Packaging/appearance

It's easy to install, well-packaged with ample protective measures, and comes with many spare parts.

We somehow missed the power cord box since everything else was in plastic.
