Pros

The seat is thick breathable cushion. Other family members prefer the cushioned seat. Chair is more comfy than a labeled gaming chair.

It is a nice upgrade to the chair i had been using in my home office. Overall very pleased with the chair. Everything else is a huge upgrade for me and i am very happy with this!

It's pretty easy and common sensical to fit the pieces together. Pictorial instructions and clearly-labeled parts made for a simple job. I highly recommend scissors to cut through all the packaging.

The tilt mechanism is the standard one most chairs in the price range use. Tilting and height are controlled by a lever under the seat.

The base has the standard 5 plastic wheel design. Can be easily be upgraded to roll even better with some inline skate wheels. The base is metal, and the gas cylinder works well for height adjustment with the paddle.

Cons

The armrests are about 5 inches too high. Extremely uncomfortable and fatiguing to use them. The biggest downside is the lumbar support doesn't stay in place. The downsides make the product worthless.
