Easy to set up - seems very durable.
This is a very good quality monitor mounting system and i recommend it highly.
This is a desk clamp arm, meaning, it clamps to the desk and does not have a stand or mount on a wall.
The lower arm cover is held on with screws which are nearly impossible to reinstall after cable installation.
Price
I can't give less than 5 stars because of the price.
Quality items for a great price !
Good value when you can catch it on a sale.

Competitiveness
My home monitor has a “huanuo” arm mount similar to this, which was a bit more expensive- but works great.
The major difference between this monitor arm and the cheaper monitor arms is that this one comes with a gas spring.
Other coworkers bought different ones and ended up returning for this one.
After that it’s the ergotrons hx etc which are on a different league but also on a different price category

The tension is decent the range is as you would expect and it doesnt dip of its own accord
