Pros
Adjustments on the arm itself are finicky imo. Makes it easier to view all three monitors without having to lean to one sid ear the other. Usb ports on the base makes it easy to locate cpu under desk.

The quality is good and there are a lot of extra screws included for different set ups.
Had two monitors and recently up'd to a third, this worked as described.
The clamp on version is very sturdy( i did add a 3/4 inch board under the bottom of the desk because my desktop was thin.
