Pros
It realy works, at list 2 hours, and then again to cold water for 2 min. They're stinky out of the package but that washes out. Works as advertised.
When i’m gaming i throw one of these around the back of my neck and it keeps me cool. My apartment is also sickly hot in the summer, and these help at night if you can bear to sleep with them. Perfect for hiking, summer concerts or sporting events.
Cons
When it dries, it's stiff as a board so it's hard to store. I was wrong they both stink.

It retains moisture well so underwrining it out will leave a dampness on you depending on where you wear it

I can get maybe 1520 minutes on one side before it warms up to my body temperature before i need to rotate it to the othercool side but it stays cool flipping it this way

I have hyperhidrosis and work in a hot kitchen so the humidity slaughters me and i end up needing to stuff this into a bag and refrigerate or freeze it for 23 minutes and its 34new34 again
