Light and cool and the best purchase i’ve made in years.
He said it works great, and really does keep his body cool during the times he's outside working in the heat.
Cooling is great and i used these for running and not really construction, it lasted for my entire 30-45 min run and had no issues.
The material is a lot like the bigger dish sponges except once wet and "squeezed out" the material stayed cool for >28 hours (!

But, a small price to pay for a super lightweight and effective vest.

Im a small petite woman and ordered a medium and it fits me great so you should probably size up one or two sizes

I soak it pretty thoroughly and it will last me a couple hours before it starts drying out

You do have to get used to the sensation of a kinda slimy feeling

The inside is very smooth so when its wet its just a bit wierd in the beginning
