Pros
This headband helps at work and with sports. Fits under helmet or hard hat nicely. Washable and doesn't feel like a wet rag on your head.
Price is good for 2 of these. But they aren't terribly expensive either. It's much nicer than the bandana i was using previously. A nice bit of kit.
It is ok at keeping you cool. I only wish the evaporation effect worked better in the humidity of my dish pit.
Cons
The absorbency of this new one is terrible. The product is folded neatly over cardboard w/no way of telling until opening. It dries quickly and in no way demonstrates any particular enhancement for holding moisture longer than other fabric.
It's not even cold after soaking it in cold water in the fridge. No better that soaking a handkerchief.

The price is pretty good for these things and i have been using them for about a month now.

One of them i bought two has begun to change to a greenish color in a small dot in one spot and im worried it may be growing mold but im not certain

It does the job well not getting sweat in your eyes as for the the chill factor unless your active it wont last long if your in an area with a brezz or wind it dont last

I have opted to use a proper dew rag which is 100 and i dont have to soak it with each use
