Please note this is a different product than the ergodyne chillits 6710 evaporative cooling triangle hat solid blue which is just a cloth

The 6710ct has a layer of pva material inside that activates quickly when soaked in cold water for a minute or so

I use this in two ways a as indicated on my head pva side tightly resting on my forehead not above my hairline

You can think more clearly your are not as jittery your entire body temperature seems to drop
