On the other hand the honeycomb option allows for a lighter and less expensive pad so you be the judge

These pads sit real tall and its like they almost have a boot sole on the bottom of them that clear plastic you see on the front in the picture its a substantial support platform on the front of the pads

I would have returned these but after a weekend dry sawing flagstone they are already pretty dirty and scuffed up
