I wouldnt expect a work glove to be insulated enough for severe cold weather otherwise the gloves would be too thick to be able to work in them

When i pull the gloves off the inner layer tends to come out with my fingers as the inner layer isnt stitched to the shell around the fingers

Looks like suede covering the palm and fingers will last but my biggest complaint is the looseness of the inside lining
