Front facing seating position is very comfortable for the baby. It is very lightweight and my baby is comfortable sitting on it. Mom's arms are relieved of pain, baby has the support she needed.

This carrier is a life saver. I'm rather impatient and this is super simple to use. It also makes for a great baby registry gift.

Cons

Baby keeps wriggling/sometimes slipping out to one side - is clearly uncomfortable. Appears very flimsy and it is difficult to place the baby. It's also confusing- no doorway opening.
