Excellant replacement for my previous chair. Not a deal breaker. All in all a good chair. I hope this one lasts me at least four years!

The front of the chair leans forward. I have to hike my legs up just to sit in the chair comfortably. I am 190 pounds so a little on the heavier side but still the plastic just snapped.

Buyer beware. This is kind of disappointing.

It slowly lowers. It goes up and down. Not softening up after a month. It just sinks down to the lowest level without cause.

Asked for refund but no response from seller. Reached out to the manufacturer/amazon seller to give them an opportunity to do the right thin and replace. This is not the type of product you can just throw in a box and return.

Seat is huge, the arm rests are really low, the back support is frail. The seat cushion is not only as soft as sandpaper, but there is no support there and my * is also aching after a long day.
