Cons
They are the worst sounding strings i've ever used on my guitar. Bought for my acoustic, the high c, b and e won’t stay in tune, especially the c. The bigger gage set with threaded c string is a much better choice.

I installed these strings on an acoustic guitar and i am happy with the pleasant tones that they produce.
This set l put on my ovation acoustic and lm very happy!

As the packaging states, they're best for blues/rock style.
Competitiveness
Sound a lot brighter than the stock strings my yamaha fg820 came with.
