Pros

John frusciante has been using these straps for 20+ years. One on my ibanez, and one on my kramer barretta special. They have the leather buttonhole connection that i find to be a huge pia!

We have a little loog guitar and needed a strap so the kids could keep the guitar in good condition. I hope this info helps.

Was a little tight at first but eventually slipped right in to nubs. Solid enough that i'm not concerned about it loosening too much over time. Clips on with authority, then the weight of the guitar is away from the latch parts.

It's just where i feel comfortable so my hand falls on the bridge just right for palm muting. Very sturdy strap with perfect quality. Well made, light and comfortable.

Cons

My guitar now needs to be repaired because of this * 7 dollar strap. Now i have to figure out how to get the input jack out of my resonator and do some sort of repair.

The ernie ball is just a vinyl tow strap with leather ends sewn on. It's thin, the holes for the strap * are way too small. The strap ears aren't even double sided (see pic).
