Dang solid it survived my roommate for 3 weeks before snapping the high e so i’d gladly buy again
Whatever strings i had before, are complete trash compared to these.
On a break i basically only played my nylon and it immediately went away.
Price
The price is great and so far the strings have held up to a 14 yr old future rocker.
Competitiveness
Amazing durability and just un rivaled sound.
Compared to standard slinkys and paradigms the cobalts are far and away my favorite.
The cobalts, by direct comparison, have a lot less mids, around the same amount of low end and a bit more presence on top.
All comparisons/descriptions are in the context of my guitar (alder body, maple/pau ferro neck with ss frets, hard-tail bridge).

Theyre brighter than nickel at first it kind of reminds me of the tone metal bass players get by always using new strings
