Pros
Having a six pack of e strings around is a life saver. If during your string change you wind up snapping your high e string you have to get another complete set.
Ernie ball strings are of nothing less than high quality and dependability. Good output and durability. People putting up low reviews due to their own failure to properly read details is laughable.
very convenient to have all the same gauge strings in one package. I'm glad ernie ball makes individual string guage sets of a specific guage. As long as they're the same string gauge i know that no matter what my tone is going to sound like my tone!

Great feel and has a real long life to them.
Can’t go wrong with ernie ball, quality strings easy to install and wind.
It's very frustrating to have a string break, mainly tuning up, installing a new set of strings.
Always break the the high e and this 6 pack of .
Price
If i break a string, it is usually the high e string so its great to have backups and the seller has a great price and fast delivery.
For the price, and not having to buy a full set just to get 1 high-e, it's worth it.

009 6-pack: very convenient to have all the same gauge strings in one package.
The envelopes each string is in is identical to the envelopes included in ernie ball super slinkey string set.
Competitiveness
I always get the nickel plain strings for my les paul as opposed to the plain steel strings.
I no longer even try other brands because i never found any better yet.
I started out with d'addarios and after trying several other brands i settled on ernie ball strings because i hate coated strings #1.
