Pros
The original * igniter was only 3 yrs old. My local appliance repair store wants $98.
Cons
Had to bend one flap down to install into capital oven. Element very fragile, breaks easily. Obtained a refund and ordered a certified replacement.

I waited a week to get it, and it arrived with the element snapped in pieces.
Most don't come with the plugin which tend to be brand specific.
Price
This one was delivered in 2 days and as i said was 1/5th the price.
Packaging/appearance
Packaging was nice and secure especially since this a ceramic igniter and very brittle.

Quarter of the price compared to the name brands ones.
