However this does not effect hummingbirds at all and i’d rather be able to enjoy the hummingbird than not because of ants

The water cap rusts and rusty water runs down the feeder

Of course they had rusted inside which wasnt a huge shock so heres my suggestion smear some vaseline all over the inside
