Pros

The magnet that holds the phone is very strong. It's a clean setup and matches well on my desk. I just hope it lasts a few years since its not the cheapest charger.

The fan is very quiet and the lights are barely noticeable. Great hidden compartment for the wires. The whirring noise is the only downside imo. The fan makes very little noise, and can be turned off if it's bothering you.

Dock is a great overnight charging dock. It’s not the fastest charger, but if you want the fastest charging, you should be plugging in directly.

Cons

Esr had to know that these units were faulty. Get something a bit more reputable like anker.

The cooling fan on this stand is very loud. The wireless charge pad that is under the cooling charger overheats all my devices. All my devicesoverheat and charge slowly.

The only thing that works is the watch charger because it is manually connected to the item. The rubber prevents the watch from keeping direct contact with the magnet.

Can’t beat the quality for the price.

I am surprised how nice it is for the price.

Also the price is right compared to the pricing on 3 in 1 15w chargers.

I contacted esr support about it and they immediately sent out replacement unit which i received two days later.

That evening i contacted esr customer service and immediately they provided a solution and sent me a replacement portable charger.
