You can just put your phone in the holder and talk away while doing other things can even make a video as you have both hands free

It extends pretty far if you need a straight holder but there really isnt much flexibility if you want to connect it to a bedframe

If it can be a challenge to reposition it while the phone is being held in the slot so be sure to remove your phone first before making any readjustments
