It took less than 48 hours to get a response and for them to ship the replacement.
I contacted the company and sent in photos of the damage.
I notified vendor and they quickly sent a replacement lens.
Their quick and friendly customer service is a standout.
Packaging/appearance
I opened the package and was surprised to not only see a screen protector, but also a beautiful case as well.
Would be nice if the packaging had instructions inside of it though, a qr code to a webpage isn’t the best.
