Pros

Magsafe wallet holds up to three cards comfortably. Most magsafe wallets either have a stand or credit card slots.

I'm a person who appreciates great help and support no matter who it's from. But it's manageable. This wallet is the future. Very helpful and prompt support team.

I think if the designers integrated a strap holder directly above the guide pin it would assist keeping breakage from happening. Only bad thing is the plastic slider in the back strap which the metal center piece slides through is fragile.

Kate deserves recognition for the professionalism and how she handled the claim. Really solid product, great value and works exactly as advertised.

Cons

Hinge is a little flimsy feeling and the finger loop strap cracks and breaks off. However, where this product fails is in the loop/grip.

This wallet is much better for half the price.

I reached out and was promptly sent a replacement.

I emailed support, and the shipped me another one free of charge.

Edit: i reached out to customer service and they were able to ship me a new one.
