I contacted esr's customer support and they were very kind to send a replacement which has had no issues at all.

Box was damaged and like it's opened once.
Competitiveness
Now we have upgraded our phones to the s24 ultra and we bought another 2 cases.
I bought spigen cases and esr case for s24 and i returned all of spigens.
At current the esr costs same or less than the spigen case so it is a better value for money at present, and offers a better kickstand.
Both brands offer air cushioning protection for the edges.
