I also accidentally dropped the phone on its back with this case on and i was expecting for the back to be cracked since its glass but too my surprise the slightly razed bezel prevented any damage to the phone the camera and the back of the glass case

And for all the doubters and na sayers out there i have purposely broken an old one so you can see that it is definitely made out of tempered glass
