Easy install and as usual great esr quality.

After six months, the ring to tighten the magnet broke.

The adhesive pad appears to be re-usable however when trying to re-apply i couldn’t get a good “stick” to the new day.

They responded back very quickly, addressed all my needs and sent me a replacement without delay.

Esr provided great customer service by replacing the product with no questions asked.

Not only did i hear from then in less than 24hrs…they are sending me a replacement!

They estimated close to week for delivery yet it showed up the next day.

I choose egr because of the many reports of strong magnets in the magsafe mount and the excellent customer service.
