Kudos to the design team for always coming up with the most efficient yet classy looking designs. Excellent customer service. That's how you do customer service! I'm getting my new one in the mailbox in a couple of days.
To say i love this is an understatement. This ring gives me joy. Works wonderfully. This fits all three requirements.

All metal construction and the joints are still snug and supporting the phone without any issues after some heavy use.
Very strong magnet and the rings hold their positions very well.
I use this ring all the time and after 2 months it no longer held the phone properly on a table.
Tried to use it on iphone 14 plus, but due to the way this thing bends, you won't be able to stand on it vertically for use on video calls.
Price
I’ll give this a 4 star rating, as it’s a very good product at a good price, and i will change my rating to a perfect 5 if it lasts.
Shipping
I reported it to esr (the seller) and i got a reply the following morning and the sent me a replacement that i received 2 days later.
