I reach out to esr and they promptly replied me within a day and send me a replacement a day after!
The seller was responsive and sent a replacement within a couple of days.
Luckily going through the warranty process was hassle free and they sent me a replacement pretty much the next day.
Competitiveness
A lot of pixel 8 pro owners are looking for a magsafe wireless charger that works with the weak charging coils of the google phone.
Only downside is slower charging, due to apples slow qi implementation, and it's slightly slower than the apple branded one.

Oh and the instructions aren’t kidding when they say “use a usbc charging block and cable” a usb ca cable and usba block don’t pass enough charge
