The case comes in two pieces the front screen protector piece and the back frame with reinforced bumpers

Initially it is difficult to separate the two pieces as it comes already assembled in the box but closely follow the directions on how to remove the front piece

Then it is possible to separate the front and back parts without breaking the pieces

If you put the back frame on first you cannot then put on the front screen protector piece
