The quality of the products is excellent and their customer service is amazing! They are very responsive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They have a really fast response time and they sent me a replacement two days later.

Cons

It's basically useless to me vertically with my guitar tabs and watching shorts/tiktoks. The hinges are so tight that i need two hands to pry the grip/kickstand open.

They advertise having a 24 month warranty policy. Got it october 2023. It’s march 2024(only 5 months) and it's defective.
