Pros

Esr customer service is great.

The kickstand is very top heavy and therfore wobbly in portrait mode. The stand is very sturdy and the case isn't bulky which is a good thing for me, i hate bulky looking cases. The vertical position is not as sturdy, but works.

The case has scuffs on all four corners but is intact. Not a scratch on the protruding camera lenses. It's not overly bulky or thick. The case is smooth with a little bit of grip to it.

My phone has survived a couple of * tumbles, whether from the inherent sturdiness of the phone, or the case. Fits perfectly on my note20 ultra.

Cons

Sounded like a good product but felt very cheaply made. False advertising and little time spent on r&d makes this case a questionable buy.
