Pros

The smart cover has a sort of suede-ish texture to it, but the sticky back of this holder seems rock-solid after a month. The elastic grips the pencil snugly and is made of really quality material. It sticks very well to my textured surface case.

Love these things. They work great. Highly recommended. This holder is great! Works great! No problem. Does the job.
