It has very powerful battery life, but still has reasonable price point.

Fortunately the customer service is great and quickly sent me a replacement after i provided proof of purchase.

I should have bought the 10,000mah pack instead of the 5,000mah.

Wish it was either thicker or full frame like comparable products from competitors.
