I'm 51 and all this peri menopause came on suddenly but thanks to amazon and the reviews here i found help. All of my symptoms are almost gone.

Saves a bit of money. Ok, this product is the miracle for me. I usually get the more expensive, relizen brand, but this one is much cheaper.

Cons

Don’t buy opened vitamins. That’s disgusting. This is more a vitamin of sorts and some natural ingredients to make you feel better but it doesn't impact hot flashes or night sweats. No improvement in any symptoms.

I’m was using this faithfully and i went to order more but the cost has went up by $25!

Subscribed to save a bit but would have paid full price since sleep and feeling good are worth their weight in gold.

Packaging/appearance

These came packaged well and have really worked for me.

Received crushed box with one card of pills broken and smashed.

They where easy to swallow and it wasn't difficult to remove them from the packaging.

Competitiveness

After taking them about 3 months my night sweats and irritably once returned so i had to switch to a different brand .
